The AccessDx Toxicology screening assay is comprehensive and focuses on ethanol, several prescription medications, drugs of abuse and illicit substances in both urine and oral fluid samples, providing flexibility for varieties of testing situations. The testing offers quantitative results with screen and reflex confirmation of 52 analytes. The AccessDx assay enables simultaneous multi-substance screening and accurate confirmation of the substance’s presence.

AccessDx’s testing employs an Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) with auto reflex to Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) quantitative results, analyzing either oral or urine samples. Clinicians can choose a clinical drug screen, confirmatory testing, or a combination of the two.
